Experience in E&I construction including a supervisory role on mining or heavy industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems instrumentation hazardous area classifications and applicable codes (e.g. IEC NEC AS/NZS).
Experience working with large-scale mining equipment process plants substations MCCs and DCS/PLC systems.
Proven ability to read and interpret electrical and P&ID drawings.
Familiarity with project controls progress tracking and reporting systems.
Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
Strong commitment to health safety and environmental compliance.
Ability to work in remote or FIFO (fly-in fly-out) conditions if applicable.

Lead the on-site execution of E&I construction activities in accordance with project specifications codes and safety regulations.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors foremen and field crews engaged in electrical and instrumentation work.
Review and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings schematics and installation details.
Monitor progress schedule adherence and quality of work providing daily and weekly reporting to project management.
Ensure materials tools and equipment are available and properly managed on site.
Coordinate with engineering procurement and QA/QC teams to resolve technical issues and ensure installation quality.
Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in collaboration with the commissioning team.
Enforce site safety policies identify hazards and ensure compliance with relevant mining and construction safety standards.
Contribute to planning meetings schedule lookaheads and interface coordination across disciplines (civil mechanical structural).
Maintain documentation of inspections punch lists redlines and as-built records.
