Description
Position Overview:
As a ServiceNow Developer you will play a key role in the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements configure ServiceNow applications integrate with external systems and ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of ServiceNow-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
- Configuration: Develop and configure ServiceNow applications forms workflows and integrations to meet business needs while also aligning to ServiceNow best practices.
- Scripting and Development: Utilize JavaScript Glide APIs and other scripting languages to implement functionality and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.
- Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using web services APIs Spokes and middleware technologies.
- Data Management: Assist in managing data within the CMDB including data imports exports and transformations.
- User Interface Enhancement: Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and dashboards to provide an intuitive user experience for ServiceNow users.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications configuration guides and deployment procedures.
- Deployment and Support: Support the deployment of ServiceNow solutions including migration between environments and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates best practices and industry trends and identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 2-6 Years proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in at least two of the following modules: ITOM ITSM CSM SPM MCO WSD & HRSD.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
