Onsite Tech Support The role is in Paris
Outside IR35 Expenses Paid (Travel & Accommodation)
Were seeking an experienced bilingual IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical assistance at our Paris office. This role is outside IR35 with travel and accommodation fully expensed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Zoom Room systems
- Perform secure data wipes on MacBooks using our in-house Data Erase Software
- Provide general Apple device support to end users
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Proven experience supporting Apple hardware and software in a business environment
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
