Job Description
NQ Solicitor - Agricultural & Estates - Chelmsford with hybrid working
Client
A highly successful specialist Agricultural Property team within a full service UK top 50 forward-thinking law firm
Role
Drafting negotiating and agreeing documentation for property sales and purchases deeds of easement and other property-related documents;
Managing your own smaller transactions and liaising with other team members on larger transactions
Attending meetings with clients and other law firms
Attending business development events
You
NQ-3 years PQE within Property or Private Client Agricultural experience advantageous but not essential
Passion for rural matters and a strong interest in specialising in Agriculture is essential
Ambitious driven and with strong attention to detail
