Qualifications :
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in food safety operation.
BSc. of Veterinary/agriculture
Good knowledge of the concepts of food safety management including prerequisite programs and HACCP principles.
Very Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel Words and Power point.
Job is not Cairo based should be flexible for travel days .
Training skills
Very Good English and culinary terminology skills
Legionella housekeeping audit awareness is a plus.
