TheDelivery Coordinator will serve as the final face and liaison of the vehiclepurchase process. They are responsible for ensuring a smooth and exceptionalexperience for customers taking delivery of their new or pre-owned role involves coordinating vehicle readiness performing finalinspections and reviewing vehicle features and paperwork with customers.

What you need tosucceed:
High School Diploma or GED
OMVIC Certification in first two weeks on the job drivers license and good driving record
1-3 years administrative experience and experience using MS Officeor G-suite platforms
Customer service skills and excellent phone skills
Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in afast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in peopleand helping others with tact and diplomacy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A positive attitude and desire to grow and improve; aresults-oriented mindset to succeed
Able to work flexible hours including Saturdays
Enthusiasm for automobiles and experience in the automotiveindustry preferred.
