Job Description
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Apply continuous improvement with a focus on our physical facilities space planning and utilities.
- Space Planning and Design: Develop space plans and layouts for office and manufacturing spaces.
- Utility Management: Assess the capacity and health of building utilities to ensure reliable operations.
- Project Leadership: Lead assigned capital improvement projects from conception to completion.
- Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate with outside vendors to execute facility tasks.
- Safety and Compliance: Contribute in cross-functional groups to conduct safety investigations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Technical Support: Partner with and provide technical support to the facilities trade staff
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science from an engineering school
- Minimum of two years of applicable experience in facilities engineering or other engineering role
- Ability to commute between our local twin cities locations (Chanhassen Eden Prairie and Shakopee)
- An ABET-accredited engineering degree is preferred
- Experience in basic electrical plumbing and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Project management maintenance management system and/or building automation systems experience

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $83000-$96000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
