If Perm: Are you willing to use a provider as a locum tenens to preview your provider: NoStart Date: ASACEmergency Med PhysicianProfession: MD/DOSpecialty: Emergency Med can be board certified or eligible in family med if they have extensive emergency med experienceShift: Nocturnal 7p-7aShifts Per Month: 12 shifts per month is considered full time this is a 1099 positionCertifications Required: Family Medicine physicians must have PALS ACLS and ATLS but no requirements for emergency the provider be credentialed with Insurance Carriers/ Major Payors:Provider need to be prior enrolled in Medicare/Medicaid: Yes What state:NCCredentialing Time Frame: 30 daysEMR/EHR system: Meditech 6.1Patients/day: 18-20Daily Volume: 90-100 ptsSupport Staff: physician is providing solo coverage with two pas and nursing staff - Make sure provider is comfortable in solo settingsYears experience: 1yr if emergency med specialty 3 if family med with EM experienceWhat is the expected salary for this position: All of below is negotiated at time of on site interviewIs there going to be a benefit package included for the provider:Insurance coverage:Loan re-payment: 401K match programs: CME:Incentive Plan/Productivity Plan: Vacation Days:Relocation Package:
