Job Description

Were seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Assistant to support our Head of Film Marketing across theatrical and streaming releases. This is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who lives and breathes film thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at bringing order to complexity.

Key job responsibilities
Serve as the primary coordinator for the Head of Film Marketing between multiple marketing verticals ensuring seamless communication and execution across:
- Social Media Teams
- Paid Media Department
- Creative Advertising
- Market Research
- Public Relations Partners
- Synergy Partners
- Creative Content
- External Creative Partners
- And beyond!

Manage complex calendar scheduling across time zones and departments
Coordinate and prepare materials for high-level meetings and presentations
Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings
Organize travel arrangements and expense reporting
Draft and review correspondence
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
Create and maintain organizational systems for maximum efficiency

What Were Looking For:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Nice to Have:
Understanding of film marketing landscape
Experience with project management tools
Knowledge of entertainment industry structure

Education:
Bachelors degree preferred but not required

This role offers significant exposure to all aspects of film marketing and excellent growth potential for the right candidate. Were looking for someone who wants to build a career in entertainment marketing and isnt afraid to dive in and learn.

- 2 years of professional or military experience
- 1 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Can lift up to 49 pounds stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours and be able to frequently push pull squat bend and reach
- Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Are 18 years of age or older

- Experience with end-to-end project management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
