Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a KC-46 Product & Services Quality Manager (K-Level) within the Mobility and Surveillance organization directly supporting our Boom Shop in Everett WA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products services and processes comply with customer contract requirements engineering requirements company procedures and government regulations
- Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
- May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies
- Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners suppliers government agencies and direct reports
- Manages employees who are union and non-union representative
- Manages develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- More than 5 years experience working with aircraft
- More than 1 year of experience leading projects in a cross functional environment
- Experience leading and influencing people in a Quality organization
- Willing to work variable shifts including days nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to obtain a Security clearance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Current secret clearance
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Previous experience with Materials Review Board (MRB) activities related to aircraft
Shift:
This position is for 2nd shift however must have the ability to work variable shifts including days nights weekends and/or holidays
Travel:
Up to 10% of the time

Summary pay range: $115600 - $156400 USD
