Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Welder to perform difficult and specialized Mig Tig and Auto welding operations in accordance with quality standards.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Perform complex Mig Tig and Auto operations on various metals.
Plan and select welding procedures to obtain maximum weld strength and alignment on critical new repair or specialty work of precision tools jigs fixtures and maintenance needs.
Fit and position parts.
Assist in the design of new fixtures processes and procedures.
Assist the Welder Coordinator to process work through the hand welding area on a timely basis.
Work from drawings and job specifications.
Operate conventional and precision measuring instruments throughout welding area.
Maintain all welding equipment.
Perform all the duties of the Welder.
Maintain a neat and orderly work environment following the 5S standards.
- Work with coordinator/supervisor to help with training of employees within the welding area.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of hand spot tig and mig welding experience.
