Description of the role:
The Facility Manager at Tumbling River Ranch will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all facilities on the ranch property. This individual will ensure that the buildings grounds and equipment are well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility maintenance procedures
- Manage staff responsible for facility upkeep
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and renovations
- Develop and manage the facility budget
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facility management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
