Job Title: Hydrologic & Hydraulic (H&H) Engineer
Location: Tampa FL (Hybrid Schedule)
Salary: $70000 - $120000
Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire

HireNow Staffing is seeking a talented Hydrologic & Hydraulic (H&H) Engineer for a growing civil and environmental engineering firm in Tampa FL. This role offers the chance to work on impactful infrastructure stormwater and flood control projects all while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule and a collaborative team culture.
What Youll Do:

Develop H&H models for stormwater floodplain and drainage projects

Perform watershed and floodplain analysis using software like HEC-RAS HEC-HMS SWMM and ICPR
-
Prepare technical reports permitting documents and design plans

Coordinate with public agencies project managers and multidisciplinary teams

Assist in preparing proposals and supporting business development efforts
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in civil or environmental engineering
-
2-6 years of H&H design experience
-
Proficiency in HEC-RAS HEC-HMS and AutoCAD/Civil 3D
-
EIT required; PE license or ability to obtain is a plus

Excellent communication analysis and teamwork skills
