Job Description

As a Remote Industrial Services Consultant you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients in asset-heavy sectors helping them optimize operations reduce downtime improve safety and implement best practices across maintenance reliability and engineering service functions. You will assess current operations identify improvement opportunities and deliver tailored solutions grounded in industrial expertise and data-driven insights.

This role blends technical acumen with business consulting requiring knowledge of industrial systems and a strategic approach to service delivery. Youll collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders remotely to scope projects deliver analyses implement recommendations and support long-term transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct remote assessments of client operations to evaluate maintenance asset management reliability and field service effectiveness

Develop and present data-driven recommendations to improve equipment uptime workforce productivity regulatory compliance and operational safety

Support clients with the adoption and configuration of industrial software solutions such as EAM CMMS SCADA or field service management platforms

Lead or support change management efforts related to process improvement training and digital transformation

Translate complex technical findings into clear actionable business recommendations for clients and stakeholders

Assist in the design and implementation of asset lifecycle strategies predictive maintenance programs and lean service models

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering IT operations and safety to deliver integrated solutions

Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards or reports to track project progress and value realization

Contribute to proposals client presentations and industry research to support business development

Stay current on industrial technology trends regulations and operational excellence methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma TPM ISO 55000)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Operations Management or a related field

2 years of experience in industrial operations field services asset management or consulting

Deep understanding of asset-intensive environments such as utilities energy chemicals manufacturing or infrastructure

Familiarity with systems such as SAP PM Maximo Infor EAM GE APM or other industrial software platforms

Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel Power BI or similar tools to model and present data

Excellent problem-solving stakeholder engagement and communication skills in a remote setting.
