Care Coordinator - Large Senior Living Community

Job Description

Our Care Coordinator work closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care director to plan resident care. You will oversee operations at the community and monitor resident health routines. Some of your duties will include oversee health care administration and staff management as well as to make sure staff members are following health care guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Hire train lead and mentor CNAs and Caregivers
  • Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
  • Create schedules and approve timecards
  • Be responsible to fill in shifts when staff call out with the support of the Health and Wellness team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living
  • Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years
  • Scheduling experience strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
