- Cultivate relationships with local fire departments and regional associations to expand your network.
- Be a first responder providing crucial knowledge and support to property owners during fire emergencies.
- This role requires availability to be on call 24/7 as accidents and disasters dont follow a schedule. However we deeply value a healthy work-life balance. Youll be supported by a dedicated collaborative team on the back end to ensure you have the resources and backup you need to succeed without sacrificing your well-being.
- Drive sales and achieve metricsyour efforts will be directly reflected in your earnings with uncapped commission potential.
- 3 years of sales experience ideally in the construction or restoration industry.
- A strong hunter mentalityyoure motivated by closing deals and hitting targets.
- A desire to make a positive impact on your community by helping property owners rebuild and recover.
- Strong base salary uncapped commissionskys the limit for your income!
