Overview of the Role
At Upshop the Growth Marketing Specialist will play a mission-critical role in accelerating the performance and visibility of our Total Store Operations platform. This is more than just a tactical marketing role its a chance to shape and execute data-informed campaigns that directly drive awareness adoption and growth across our dynamic customer base in the grocery and convenience retail space.
Youll be embedded in a fast-paced marketing team where experimentation testing and continuous optimization are central to success. Your role will center on turning insights into outcomes leveraging data to identify opportunities craft targeted messaging and execute across digital channels with precision. From A/B testing to analyzing user behavior across the funnel youll design and refine campaigns that not only tell our story but prove their effectiveness in real time. Youll collaborate across functions especially Product Marketing to launch new products scale proven tactics and contribute to a performance-driven culture where every marketing investment is accountable to growth.
