About the Role
We are looking for a strategic hands-on Senior Logistics Manager to drive the standardization and optimization of Rokus global logistics network. In this role youll lead initiatives that streamline transportation warehousing repair operations and 3PL/4PL execution. Youll build scalable systems map and improve critical processes and collaborate cross-functionally to support Rokus growth across regions and channels.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a data-driven execution-oriented environment with deep expertise in global logistics and a sharp eye for operational efficiency.
What youll be doing
- Lead the design and execution of global logistics strategies across transportation warehousing and inventory management
- Identify and implement improvements across logistics processes to reduce cost increase velocity and enhance customer experience
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with logistics providers freight forwarders and repair vendors
- Collaborate with internal teamsOperations Procurement Finance and Legalto ensure cohesive compliant and cost-effective operations
- Define and track key logistics KPIs (on-time delivery landed cost per unit inventory turnover) and take action on performance gaps
- Manage and optimize logistics budgets contracts and resource allocation across regions
- Drive process standardization documentation and automation across outsourced logistics providers
- Contribute to cross-functional programs including new product introductions reverse logistics and channel expansion
Were excited if you have
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or a related field
- 8 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management preferably in consumer electronics or high-tech environments
- Demonstrated success in strategic logistics planning vendor management and process optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle Cloud ERP NetSuite) data tools (e.g. Excel Tableau) and transportation/warehouse platforms
- Experience with retail logistics reverse logistics and EDI transactions is a plus
