Contracts Manager
Position Purpose: Beeline is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to lead complex contract negotiations with both prospective and existing clients across the U.S. and internationally. This role is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle including RFP responses new contract initiation renewals and supporting documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs).
The Contracts Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsFinance Client Services Program Services Technical Operations and Salesto ensure contract terms align with Beelines strategic goals. This individual will coordinate internal input resolve issues and deliver high-quality legally sound agreements that support business objectives.
Success in this role requires exceptional communication negotiation and drafting skills along with a deep understanding of Beelines service offerings and operational practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations with client contract authorities.
- Develop and maintain checklists and requirements for efficient contract processing.
- Implement and manage contract negotiation workflows and best practices.
- Respond to internal and external requests for new or revised contract terms.
- Draft review and negotiate a wide range of contracts in compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align contract terms with operational capabilities.
- Deliver finalized approved contracts to clients and internal stakeholders.
