HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER Division of Student Life (DSL) will work closely with DSL HR the Staff Engagement Advisory Board and leaders across the division to help make DSL the best place to work; support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations compensation and performance development; play a key role in implementing strategies that foster an inclusive engaging and high-performing workplace culture; be a trusted advisor to managers and staff helping to navigate HR policies resolve challenges and support professional growth.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; a minimum of four years of HR generalist experience preferably in higher education or a complex organization; strong communication problem-solving and collaboration skills; and passion for creating inclusive and positive work environments.
