As a Partner Account Executive in the Global Growth Sales (SMB) organization you will be responsible to:
Drive strategic growth and revenue for Amazon Ads by managing brands working with our key Indepedent Agencies and Technology Partners. Youll serve as a strategic advisor to our agency partners leveraging Amazons full-funnel advertising solutions to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Youll build and maintain C-level relationships across both brand and Partner organizations implement strategic initiatives and drive adoption of Amazons advertising products including Sponsored Ads Display Streaming TV and Audio solutions. Success in this role requires deep expertise in digital advertising strong analytical capabilities and the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.

Revenue Generation & Business Development
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets identifying new business opportunities and building strategic growth plans that drive significant YoY revenue expansion across partner portfolio and new business acquisition
Strategic Client Leadership
Excellence in C-level relationship building and account penetration with demonstrated success in managing multi-million dollar partnerships and securing executive buy-in for strategic investments
Product Expertise
Strong consultative selling approach backed by deep knowledge of Amazons advertising solutions competitive landscape and ability to translate complex product offerings into compelling business value propositions
Deal Management & Execution
Track record of leading high-value complex deal cycles from prospecting to close while orchestrating cross-functional resources to drive partner adoption and revenue acceleration
Data-Driven Sales Strategy
Exceptional ability to leverage data and analytics to build compelling business cases identify upsell opportunities and create strategic account plans that drive sustained revenue growth
Client Success & Growth
History of expanding client relationships through account management proactive opportunity identification and proven ability to position solutions that address critical business challenges
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years digital advertising media sales or strategic account management
3 years managing SMB or enterprise-level partnerships with annual quota carrying and revenue responsibility
3 years presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) to manage complex sales cycles
5 years digital advertising media sales or strategic account management
Retail Media experience from working at an Amazon Ads Partner
Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and demand-side platforms (DSP)
Experience managing agency relationships and strategic partnerships
Professional certifications in digital advertising or sales (e.g. IAB Digital Media Sales Certification)
Ability to travel for client meetings Partner QBRs and industry events
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $171500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
