Job Title: Accounts & Finance Lead
Location: Valencia Town (Hybrid)

Reporting to: Senior Manager Finance
Salary Range: PKR 00
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Lead to oversee and streamline our financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end finance functions including bookkeeping budgeting forecasting reporting and compliance with a strong command of Xero. This is a strategic role requiring hands-on execution and the ability to provide actionable financial insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting operations using Xero
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and statements
- Develop and track budgets cost plans and financial forecasts to support strategic goals
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts receivables and payables
- Monitor and manage cash flow working capital and liquidity
- Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Support payroll processing and handle employee expense reimbursements
- Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and regulatory bodies as needed
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation for audits and tax filing
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance role
- Hands-on experience with Xero (certification preferred)
- Strong knowledge of forecasting budgeting and bookkeeping practices
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and compliance frameworks
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
ACCA CA or CPA (partly or fully qualified)
Experience working with startups SMEs or international clients (especially in UAE or Saudi Arabia)
Familiarity with project-based accounting or SaaS-based business models.
