Job Description

Were Hiring: Expeditor (Oil & Gas Logistics & Supply Chain)

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Office-based)
Contract Duration: Tentatively 2 years

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Expeditor to manage and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment critical to our operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely compliant and cost-effective logistics support across drilling production and project activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage expediting & logistics services for materials/equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors on shipping arrangements and documentation.
  • Coordinate customs compliance (Malaysia & Thailand).
  • Manage hazardous waste logistics in compliance with DOE regulations.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Maintain and report on expediting efficiency cost savings and deck space utilization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience ideally in the oil & gas industry.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations in Malaysia & Thailand.
  • Familiar with INCOTERMS SAP and hazardous waste regulations.
  • Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
