Job Description
Position: Senior EHS Specialist
Role Purpose:
- Provide daily EHS support to operating assets and site teams.
- Conduct EHS compliance evaluations gap assessments and internal/external assurance reviews.
- Develop update and roll out EHS procedures guidelines and control documents.
- Lead and participate in safety coaching toolbox talks and field-level hazard awareness sessions.
- Coordinate and support incident reporting investigation root cause analysis and lesson-learned documentation.
- Drive EHS campaigns awareness initiatives and culture improvement programs.
- Prepare and maintain SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) Plans and Bridging Documents for contractor and multi-activity integration.
- Track and ensure timely closure of EHS-related actions from audits inspections peer reviews and incident investigations.
Qualification & Experiences
- Bachelors Degree in Safety Engineering Environmental Science or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
- At least 5 years of direct experience working in an Operator environment supporting EHS-related operations.
