Job Description
Position : Liaison Officer
Employment : Contract
Location : Seremban Negeri Sembilan
Scope of Works:
- Coordinate and perform day-to-day permitting activities in relation to application following up with wayleave permitting and CPC issuance by OSA/LC/LA productivity as well as fiscal monitoring and reporting.
- Manage and oversee the applications process for permits and ensure compliance to license requirements by hired Permitting Consultants.
- Manage quotations received from OSA/LC/LA and coordinate with PMT for payments to be made to respective agencies.
- Prepare communications and reports regularly to keep management and project team informed of the application progress and approval timeline.
- Coordinate complaints raised by OSA/LC/LA to be delegated to respective team/department for rectification on site and report back to OSA/LC/LA on rectification done.
- Conduct and attend meetings of various internal and external
Requirement(s):
- Physically fit.
- Min. 5 years working experience in liaison related work.
- Good reputation with related authority and agency.
- Possess own laptop.
