Job Opportunity: English-Speaking Customer Support Athens (On-Site ASAP Start)
Location: Athens Greece
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Language Requirement: English C1 minimum
Salary: 1400/month
About the Role
Are you a fluent English speaker (C1) already living in Athens and ready to kickstart a new opportunity Were hiring Customer Support Representatives to join a leading international company.
Youll be the first point of contact for customersoffering assistance solving problems and ensuring a smooth and professional experience across email chat or phone.
What Youll Be Doing
- Handle customer inquiries and technical questions
- Provide step-by-step guidance and solutions
- Deliver high-quality service that meets performance targets
- Record interactions and escalate issues when needed
What You Bring
- English fluency (C1 minimum written & spoken)
- Already based in Athens with legal right to work in Greece
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Basic tech skills and a team-player attitude
- Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required
