Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating across groups to facilitate key stakeholder presentations and create monitor and report on strategic KPIs. This will entail synthesizing complex information into compelling narratives supporting executive events and driving strategic planning processes. The role requires strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into actionable insights and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Job Description
What will you do
- Coordinate across business groups to develop and facilitate key stakeholder presentations including regular reporting (monthly quarterly) and ad hoc materials for executive operating committees
- Partner with teams to understand strategic objectives and translate into measurable KPIs for tracking progress and success
- Design and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks enhancing data collection methodologies and visualization techniques to drive business decisions
- Collaborate with technology teams to improve reporting tools and dashboards that effectively communicate strategic progress to various audiences
- Analyze performance data to identify trends opportunities and risks preparing insightful reports that inform strategic direction
- Lead planning of regular leadership meetings and offsites including forward planning agenda setting presenter coordination material consolidation and action item tracking
- Coordinate QTS wide Town Halls (global and for each region) including all logistics agenda and content.
What do you need to succeed
Must-have
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategy business analytics reporting etc.
- Self-starter highly flexible detail-oriented comfortable with change & leading through ambiguity ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and deliver with a great amount of accuracy and completeness
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and effectively partner across the organization
- Exceptional oral and written communication with a strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint
- Experience with data collection and visualization in Excel Tableau etc.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional planning organization problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Comfortable with change & leading through ambiguity.
Nice-to-have
- Financial Services or Technology experience
- Consulting Advisory Services Strategy development and execution and Business Process Management; Target operating model; Design thinking Frameworks and methodologies e.g. Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience with strategy development/ project management in a consulting environment
- Experience identifying and delivering revenue or cost saving benefits
