Job Description
Location: Serving New Braunfels Canyon Lake Seguin and surrounding areas of Universal City
Compensation: $12$15 per hour
Job Type: Part-time or full-time (15-35 hours per week during Summer Break)
Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead Instructor in implementing Snapologys curriculum and activities
- Help maintain a positive safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Encourage creativity teamwork and problem-solving in students
- Assist with class setup transitions and clean-up
- Engage with students during activities and provide support as needed
- Communicate professionally with parents children and team members
- Represent Snapology with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
- Enjoy working with children and have a patient positive attitude
- Comfortable assisting with group activities and managing small groups
- Reliable punctual and team-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience working with children is a plus but not required
- Must pass background check (if 18)

- After-school and/or evening Classes (September May)
- 1-2 hours in length and occur between 2:30 5:00pm Monday-Friday
- Summer Camps (June August)
- 1.5-7 hours in length (typically 3 hours per day) and occur between 9am 4pm Monday-Friday
- Other Camps & Workshops (Holiday Break Spring Break In-Service Days)
- 1.5-7 hours in length (typically 3 hours per day) and occur between 9am 4pm Monday-Friday
- Birthday Parties
- 2 hours in length and occur on Friday Saturday or Sunday
