Description of the role
Hiley Hyundai & Mazda of Burleson is actively seeking driven and energetic Outbound Call Agents to join our fast-paced team. This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling (200300 calls per day) to connect with customers follow up on sales and service opportunities and generate traffic for our dealership. Success in this role comes from consistency persistence and strong communication skillsnot automotive experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
$15.00 $20.00/hr paid semi-monthly
Bonuses paid on top of hourly compensation based on performance

What Youll Do:
Make 200300 outbound calls daily to current and prospective customers
Promote dealership offers schedule appointments and follow up on sales and service leads
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and calling tools
Consistently meet or exceed daily performance targets
Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What Were Looking For:
Clear and confident phone communication
High energy and a positive attitude
Self-motivated with the ability to maintain focus over repetitive tasks
Prior experience in outbound calling telemarketing or call centers is preferred
Automotive Mastermind experience is a strong plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Must be reliable organized and coachable
