HireNow Staffing is seeking a Senior Director HR Business Partner to join one of the nations fastest-growing service brands. This is not your typical HRBP role its a high-impact leadership opportunity to directly support and influence three field-based Regional VPs across the U.S. With a direct line to the VP of HR and a seat at the strategy table this is a role for someone who blends HR mastery with business acumen and operational savvy.

What Youll Be Driving
Act as the strategic HR advisor to 3 field-based Regional VPs guiding everything from talent strategy to organizational design
Align HR practices with business goals across multiple geographies and high-performing teams
Champion initiatives related to leadership development succession planning performance enablement and change management
Proactively identify people challenges and offer solutions that blend culture compliance and business impact
Serve as a critical link between the field and the corporate HR team ensuring a consistent people-first experience across all locations
Contribute to national people strategy in collaboration with the VP of HR
What You Bring to the Table
8-10 years of progressive HR experience with 3 years at a senior HRBP or Director level
Multi-site or field operations experience in retail hospitality restaurants healthcare or service-based industries strongly preferred
Strong business partner mindset you think and communicate like an operator not just an HR leader
Proven track record of partnering with executives and leading through influence
Deep understanding of employment law organizational effectiveness and talent lifecycle best practices
Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth agile environment
Bachelors degree required HR certifications or masters degree a plus

Competitive base salary: $140K-$160K plus 20% annual bonus
