Compensation: $50000$125000 annually (includes commission)

Your Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers through incoming internet requests inbound phone calls in store interactions
Ask questions to understand customer needs and preferences
Provide expert knowledge on vehicles features and options
Demonstrate new and used vehicles professionally and enthusiastically
Build trust and rapport to create long-term customer relationships
Guide customers through the entire sales process from selection to closing
Stay informed on current promotions inventory and financing options
Communicate with the Sales Manager about goals progress and strategy
What Were Looking For:
Honest driven and self-motivated team player
Passionate about putting people first and delivering great service
Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
Comfortable with handling objections
Must have a valid drivers license
Minimum of 2 years of sales OR customer service experience preferred but we will train the right candidate
