About the Role:
Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations across patient dining retail food service and catering. This is a senior leadership role focused on quality innovation and team development in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and standardize culinary systems: retail menus catering production food safety kitchen sanitation and team training
- Drive innovation and quality in patient meals retail offerings and catered events
- Lead a high-performing culinary team with a One Team mindset
- Manage budget inventory purchasing and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with HACCP local and federal safety regulations
- Build and maintain strong client and team relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years of culinary management experience
- 3 years of experience in a high-volume food service operation
- Healthcare food service experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership communication and team-building skills
- Proficient in menu planning food safety standards and inventory control
- Computer literacy and project management capabilities
