Role Description:
- Client Immersion: Develop a thorough understanding of clients solutions and objectives before engaging the market.
- Network Engagement: Secure meetings with targets from provided target list.
- Market Insight Gathering: Collect and document client feedback both positive and constructive within the CRM to inform client strategy and solution refinement.
- Opportunity Management: Record booked meetings and sales opportunities in the CRM collaborating with the clients sales operations leader.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions and engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 hour of cold calling per working day per client (calls must be made during business hours). Most SDRs work with 1-2 clients with overall time commitment between 5-10 hours per week
- Participate in a bi-monthly 30-minute sync as a team to share best practices and celebrate wins (unpaid)
- Familiarity and experience with Apollo CRM or a similar tool
- 5 - 10 years of experience in sales development or outbound prospecting
- Experience booking meetings with executives or senior decision makers
- Comfortable working independently with clear deliverables and accountability
