Job Title: Tax Supervisor
Location: Houston TX (On-Site or Hybrid)
Salary: $120000 - $145000

What Youll Do:

Review and prepare complex individual partnership and corporate tax returns

Supervise and guide staff accountants and seniors

Manage client communications and ensure timely deliverables

Assist with year-round tax planning and compliance strategies

Stay updated on changing tax regulations and industry best practices
What You Bring:

CPA license (required)
Bachelors in accounting or related field; Masters in Tax is a plus

4-6 years of public accounting experience

Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws

Excellent leadership organization and communication skills
