HireNow Staffing is hiring an IT Analyst to support day-to-day technology operations for a leading professional services firm in Washington DC. This is a great opportunity for a tech-savvy problem solver with a customer-first mindset and a strong grasp of IT systems support and infrastructure.
What Youll Do:

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware software networks and user accounts

Install maintain and troubleshoot laptops printers and mobile devices

Assist with system updates backups and patch management

Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory

Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues quickly
What You Bring:

2-4 years of IT support or systems analyst experience

Strong knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft 365 and networking basics

Excellent troubleshooting communication and customer service skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team

Associate or bachelors degree in IT or related field preferred
