Job Title: Electrical Controls Maintenance Technician
Location: Lake Odessa Michigan
Salary: $62000 - $85000 (Based on Experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5000

HireNow Staffing is now hiring an Electrical Controls Maintenance Technician for a leading food and manufacturing facility in Lake Odessa MI. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician with a background in industrial electrical systems PLCs and automation to join a highly reputable company offering great pay benefits and a $5000 sign-on bonus.
What Youll Be Doing:
-
Troubleshoot maintain and repair electrical systems control panels and automation equipment
-
Work with PLCs (Allen-Bradley Siemens etc.) VFDs HMI systems and SCADA controls
-
Perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent electrical breakdowns
-
Interpret wiring diagrams schematics and technical manuals
-
Collaborate with maintenance production and engineering teams to optimize equipment uptime
-
Maintain compliance with plant safety protocols and electrical codes
What You Bring:
-
3 years of industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance experience
-
Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting motor controls and low-voltage systems
-
Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and control diagrams
-
Experience with food or packaging equipment is a plus
-
High school diploma or GED required technical training or certifications a plus
