Job Description
Overview
Location: The Right Place Early Learning Center (Sigourney Street Hartford CT)
FLSA Status: Non-exempt Full-time
Hours Per Week: 40
Scope & Purpose of Position: Develop and implement the curriculum goals and standards for the classroom and mentor any additional teachers in the designated classroom. Accountable for the overall classroom quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in early childhood education or related field with at least two years of experience preferably in a Reggio Emilia Inspired Program.
- At least three years of teaching experience in an early childhood education setting.
- Experience in working with diverse cultures.
- Knowledge of State Department of Education educational standards and best practices.
- Must complete KeepSAfe and all other training requirements upon hire.
