Pay Range:$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
(Onsite will travel between Farmington Millcreek and Downtown SLC)

This position will primarily support Schomp dealerships in Utah.

Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g. IP addressing DNS DHCP etc.)
Familiarity with Level 1 support tasks including but not limited to:
Imaging and deploying hardware (laptops desktops printers)
Troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS issues
Managing user accounts and permissions
Assisting with mobile device management
Supporting basic AV setups for meetings
Handling ticketing system requests and documenting resolutions
Prioritize respond to and resolve IT-related issues promptly ensuring high customer satisfaction. Log and track all support requests in the ticketing system.
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone email or in-person including new employee IT orientation.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware software and network problems.
Guide users through step-by-step solutions for technical issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or vendors as necessary.
Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and infrastructure.
Install configure and update software and hardware as required.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
2 years Desktop Support/Helpdesk Technician experience preferred.
Excellent communication and listening skills required.
Research and troubleshooting skills.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
