Job Description
Data Analyst
Location: Juno Beach FL
Contract Duration: 12 months
Overview of the Role:
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in natural catastrophe modeling As a Resiliency Data Analyst you will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing resiliency information for our sites. Your work will directly contribute to creating robust models that help mitigate risks and enhance preparedness. Join us and be part of a project that truly makes a difference!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and brokers to evaluate construction drawings for resiliency evidence.
- Manage the flow of information and communication between teams and brokers.
- Record resiliency factors into the statement of values.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP VLOOKUP pivot tables) for data analysis.
- Work independently with minimal oversight to meet project goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUP VLOOKUP pivot tables).
- Familiarity with Google Earth Pro or GIS tools.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Experience as a data analyst is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
