Job Description
FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manila (CFCM)
He/She is responsible for mis-en-place service and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets/banquets ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage division and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries in a courteous manner
- Serve food & beverage to guest accordingly to established service provider and presentation
- Do side duties as assigned on a daily basis by Outlet/Banquet Supervisor
- Have a complete underestanding of hotels products and offering hotels and procedures/policy including relating to Fire Hygiene health and Safety
- Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of equipment wares and supplies
- Perform other duties as directed by the Management from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College level (atleast 2 years)
- Good oral and written communications
- Atleast 1 year related work experience
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work in Alabang Muntinlupa
