We are seeking an experienced Reliability Specialist HVAC to support a long-term Reliability Analysis Services project for a major oil & gas operator. This role will be primarily remote with occasional on-site support required in the Middle East. The position focuses on maintenance and reliability improvement using methodologies such as RAM RCM and FMECA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM) studies on HVAC systems.
- Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
- Perform Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
- Analyze maintenance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide remote reliability support with the flexibility to travel on-site if needed.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and maintenance teams to support project delivery.
- Document and communicate technical findings in detailed reports.
Requirement:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Maintenance & Reliability Engineering focusing on HVAC systems.
- Proven experience applying RAM RCM and FMECA methodologies.
- Strong background in the oil & gas or energy sector.
- Ability to travel internationally on occasion if project demands require.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
