Job Description

Location: Remote (occasional travel to the Middle East may be required)

Job Type: Contract (5-year call-off basis)

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Specialist HVAC to support a long-term Reliability Analysis Services project for a major oil & gas operator. This role will be primarily remote with occasional on-site support required in the Middle East. The position focuses on maintenance and reliability improvement using methodologies such as RAM RCM and FMECA.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM) studies on HVAC systems.
  • Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
  • Perform Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
  • Analyze maintenance data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide remote reliability support with the flexibility to travel on-site if needed.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and maintenance teams to support project delivery.
  • Document and communicate technical findings in detailed reports.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Maintenance & Reliability Engineering focusing on HVAC systems.
  • Proven experience applying RAM RCM and FMECA methodologies.
  • Strong background in the oil & gas or energy sector.
  • Ability to travel internationally on occasion if project demands require.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
