Job Description
Location: Athens Thessaloniki or Chania Greece (On-site or Remote depending on the project)
Language Requirements: Italian (C2/native) English (B2)
Contract Type: Full-time
Relocation Support: Flight ticket 2-week hotel stay airport pickup and real estate assistance

Your Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone email or chat

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Native Italian speaker and
English at a B2 level (used for training and internal communication) -
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Willingness to relocate if not already based in Greece

Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
