Job Description

The Recruitment Associate will lead the recruitment efforts for various NFL offices. In this role you will be a strategic talent advisor and build strong relationships with the senior management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role with senior management hiring managers compensation finance and HR Business Partners in driving hiring and employee retention efficiencies that support the NFLs vision mission and values.

Please note that this job posting is for a position with one of the NFLs third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. While this individual will be employed by a third-party agency he/she will be an integral member of the NFL Talent Acquisition team.

The NFL places a priority on having an in-person workplace which enables us to more effectively collaborate connect and build a workplace culture that will drive our continued success. We remain steadfast in our belief that working together as a team in our physical office spaces is critical to the successful execution of our season. For those reasons we expect employees to work from an NFL office five days a week except in limited circumstances permitted by NFL policy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-service talent acquisition support (sourcing screening interviewing) to the NFL offices
  • Establish relationships with hiring teams and understand the business needs
  • Source identify and recruit candidates for full-time part-time and temporary positions for the League Office
  • Create search status reports and lead in client update meetings on active searches
  • Maintain proper procedures within the applicant tracking system to track and record all candidates and requisitions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruitment trends and identify key talent needs
  • Identify and implement cost effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates
  • Manage the process of selection and placement of qualified candidates. Ensure candidate interview slates are diverse.
  • Build and develop talent pipelines for current and future career opportunities
  • Drive brand and employer awareness. Represent the NFL at various in-person and virtual events
  • Recommend extend and negotiate offers to candidates
  • Ensure on-boarding process is complete (background checks offer letters new hire paperwork etc.)
  • Partner with Human Resources team to ensure new hires are properly onboarded
  • Ensure ADA and EEO compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of four years of broad corporate recruitment experience with OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Successfully demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships recommend and implement effective recruitment strategies recruit candidates and make sound employment decisions
  • Ability to handle an upwards of 20 requisitions at a time.
  • Experience recruiting in a production media or entertainment environment
  • Experience working with various recruitment platforms including but not limited to Greenhouse Oracle Cloud Recruiting LinkedIn and HireVue.
  • Successfully demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates design and implement cost effective recruitment strategies build internal and external relationships recruit candidates and make sound employment decisions
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment law as well as corporate recruitment processes
  • Superior candidate management experience
  • Excellent project management skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff

  • Must possess strong verbal written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated initiative strong follow through sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Terms /Expected Hours of Work

  • Up to six plus months of anticipated engagement (Subject to change based on business needs)
  • NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week and at times this role may require overtime (time worked in excess of 40 hours) and/or weekends.
  • FLSA non-exempt

Salary

$55 - $65 USD
