Provide Human Resources support to assigned headquarters and/or division client groups. This role focuses on developing strong business relationships with managers at all levels while ensuring HR policies and practices align with company objectives. Provide HR support for by ensuring compliance and adapting HR initiatives while facilitating HR best practices. Key responsibilities include coordination of assignments and staffing partnering with managers to investigate and resolve employee relations issues coaching employees and managers on HR policies and identifying and coordinating training solutions as needed. Provide counsel on company policies benefits staffing employee relations and compensation matters. This role also develops and analyzes statistical reports to support HR strategies prepares and delivers presentations and manages special projects as assigned.

Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related business field preferred
Minimum 3 years Human Resources experience with oil and gas industry experience preferred
Results-driven with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of employment laws
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with exposure to and understanding of diverse cultural work environments
Demonstrated leadership skills to engage inspire and influence others as well as the ability to build relationships with client groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in daily operations
Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environment
SHRM credential a plus
Flexibility to travel (30-40%)
Must be open to future relocation to other U.S. division locations based on business needs
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
