Body Shop Receptionist:
Full Time
Job Summary:
The Receptionist / Cashier provides a professional friendly impression to our collision center customers and visitors and handles telephone messages and calls in a professional and efficient manner. The Receptionist-Cashier will also perform clerical duties to support the operation of daily business.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Greets Collision Center customers and determines the nature of their visit.
- Maintains a professional attitude with co-workers customers vendors.
- Prior Boby Shop and cashier experience would be a plus.
- Experience with multi-line phones direct and screen calls take and relay message
- Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress demanding environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional and friendly appearance
- Directs customers to the correct department notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting for and introduces the customer.
- Assists with clerical duties as required. Maintains privacy of customer information.
- Ability to fill out body shop tickets warranties etc.
