What will you do
A day in the life of a Sr. Manager Indirect Procurement (Marketing) at VF looks a little like this.
First we are seeking a strategic and results-drivenIndirect Procurement Global Category Managerto lead sourcing and category management initiatives across key spend areas and regions. This role is a leadership position responsible for developing and executing global category sourcing strategies managing supplier relationships and driving value creation while ensuring quality and compliance.

This role will be responsible for leading the sourcing of Marketing category which includes:
- Advertising agency services
- Marketing technology (MarTech)
- Market research
- Meetings and events
- Print and promotional products
- Specialized marketing services

- Category Sourcing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories to optimize cost quality and service - Supplier Management:
Identify evaluate and manage supplier relationships. Lead negotiations and performance reviews to ensure alignment with business goals - Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay informed of industry trends risks and opportunities - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance Legal Operations) to understand business needs and ensure procurement strategies align with organizational objectives - Contract Management:
Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements - Cost Optimization:
Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing demand management and process improvements - People Management:
Develop and lead a global team of 2-4 direct reports - Risk Management:
Assess and mitigate risks ensuring business continuity and supplier resilience

$133920.00 USD - $167400.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
