Job Description
Stephens College invites applications for part-time (adjunct) instructors for the following courses in our English / Creative Writing program:
- Introductory composition courses for General Education.
- Upper division literature and/or creative writing courses suited to the candidates specialty.
Courses are 3 credit hours and either online (16wks; asynchronous) or scheduled on our new block system in which courses meet daily for 3.5 weeks for approximately 3 hours per day. Dates: Fall/Spring 2025-26
- M.A. MFA or PhD in English or Creative Writing or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong commitment to undergraduate education.
- Candidates with previous collegiate teaching experience are preferred.
