Job Description

Fabrication Team leader



Trimax Mowing Systems is a family-owned company that designs develops manufactures and distributes tractor-powered roller mower and flail mowing equipment. We are looking for an effective Fabrication Team leader to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Fayetteville Georgia.

The Role

  • Lead and Motivate
    a team of capable fabricators Promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Ensure daily production schedules are met without compromising quality.
  • Allocate tasks efficiently across the team ensuring an ideal use of skills and resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments to minimize delays and ensure efficiency.

Skills and experience required

  • 3-5 years of experience in mild steel fabrication ideally in a production environment
  • Proven ability to lead coach and motivate a small production team on the shop floor.
  • Skilled at reading job schedules assigning tasks and managing daily priorities.
  • Strong communicator with a positive attitude and a focus on safety quality and results.



Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and parts often weighing up to 50-75 pounds.
  • Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as pushing pulling and maneuvering large equipment.
