Fabrication Team leader
Trimax Mowing Systems is a family-owned company that designs develops manufactures and distributes tractor-powered roller mower and flail mowing equipment. We are looking for an effective Fabrication Team leader to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Fayetteville Georgia.

The Role
- Lead and Motivate
a team of capable fabricators Promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Ensure daily production schedules are met without compromising quality.
- Allocate tasks efficiently across the team ensuring an ideal use of skills and resources.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate across departments to minimize delays and ensure efficiency.
Skills and experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in mild steel fabrication ideally in a production environment
- Proven ability to lead coach and motivate a small production team on the shop floor.
- Skilled at reading job schedules assigning tasks and managing daily priorities.
- Strong communicator with a positive attitude and a focus on safety quality and results.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and parts often weighing up to 50-75 pounds.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as pushing pulling and maneuvering large equipment.
