We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to drive the Learning & Enablement initiatives across our AMER region encompassing both the Enterprise Emerging and Industries business units. This role is pivotal in aligning enablement strategies with business objectives fostering a culture of continuous learning and enhancing the capabilities of our field teams partners and customers.
The impact you will have:
- Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy tailored to the unique needs of the Enterprise Emerging and Industries BUs within the AMER region. - Team Management:
Lead and mentor a diverse team of enablement professionals ensuring alignment with regional goals and fostering professional growth. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Sales Field Engineering Marketing and Product teams to ensure cohesive and effective enablement programs. - Program Development:
Design and implement innovative learning programs that cater to various audiences including internal teams partners and customers.
What we look for:
- 10 years of experience in Learning & Development Sales Enablement or a related field with a focus on technology or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of leading large cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of the AMER market dynamics especially within the Enterprise Emerging and Industries sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with modern learning technologies and methodologies.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse Platform and its applications.
- Experience in a high-growth fast-paced environment.
