Raytheon is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer - Scrum Master. In this role you will lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) by applying Agile practices in alignment with the overall programs Agile strategy. You will execute full Agile processes for the Integration and Test (I&T) IPT including sprint planning backlog grooming daily stand-ups sprint demos and retrospectives. Your goal is to ensure successful product integration with the ground segment deliver customer value and support the achievement of program objectives.
You will collaborate with the team to maintain a healthy backlog of well-written development-ready user stories and support effective story point estimation. In addition to your Scrum Master responsibilities you will assist the I&T Lead and Product Owners with system build and checkout activities as well as integrated factory testing efforts across the program.
This is a full-time onsite position based in Aurora CO: You Will Do

Risk management: identify assess and mitigate project risks effectively
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Certified Scrum Master certification
Experience in Agile Scrum Kanban and/or project management methodologies
Experience with application lifecycle management tools/platforms such as Jira Confluence Azure Devops or similar tools
Qualifications We Prefer
Demonstrates a solid understanding of Scrum principles and practices. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC): Understanding of the various stages of software development and how they integrate with Agile practices.
Strong facilitation skills: Capable of leading Scrum ceremonies (e.g. Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives).
Adaptability: Comfortable with change and able to pivot strategies as needed to meet team and project goals.
Stakeholder management: Ability to manage and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
Project management skills: Ability to manage project timelines resources and deliverables effectively.
